We accept returns on loose gemstones, excluding custom or commissioned stones.
To be eligible for a gemstone return:
- The gemstone must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery
- The stone must be returned in its original, undamaged condition
- The return must be shipped with tracking and full insurance
All approved loose gemstone returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are issued after the gemstone is received and inspected. The Fellowship Forge reserves the right to deny a refund if the gemstone is returned damaged, altered, or improperly packaged.
