Return Policy

Ready to Ship Rings

We accept returns on Ready to Ship rings only.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery
  • The ring must be returned unworn, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • Prior approval from The Fellowship Forge is required before any return is sent

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Loose Gemstones

We accept returns on loose gemstones, excluding custom or commissioned stones.

To be eligible for a gemstone return:

  • The gemstone must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery
  • The stone must be returned in its original, undamaged condition
  • The return must be shipped with tracking and full insurance

All approved loose gemstone returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued after the gemstone is received and inspected. The Fellowship Forge reserves the right to deny a refund if the gemstone is returned damaged, altered, or improperly packaged.

Custom & Build Your Own Pieces

Due to their customized and made-to-order nature, custom jewelry and Build Your Own rings or pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Requirements

All approved returns must be:

  • Shipped with tracking
  • Fully insured for the full value of the item
  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

The Fellowship Forge is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. Items that arrive damaged, altered, or outside the return window will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment:

  • Ready to Ship rings: refund issued minus the 15% restocking fee
  • Loose gemstones: refund issued minus the 15% restocking fee

Please allow several business days for processing after approval.

Additional Notes

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
  • Items showing signs of wear, resizing, damage, or alteration are ineligible
  • Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of The Fellowship Forge
