This two tone blue lab sapphire is faceted in a fantasy cut traditional marquise shape. I tried a different polishing workflow on this one, and the grooves are slightly frosted as a result, which makes the fantasy cut grooves more defined but reduces the gem brightness slightly. The tips of the marquise have a cool effect of being a more saturated blue.
