The Fellowship Forge Warranty

One-Year Craft Warranty

All jewelry made by The Fellowship Forge includes a one-year warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers faults related to how your piece was made or assembled.

If a problem arises during this period that is determined to be a result of workmanship or materials, we will repair or resolve the issue at our discretion after inspection.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to issues caused by construction or fabrication, which may include:

  • Structural failures caused by manufacturing defects
  • Loose prongs or settings resulting from original construction
  • Loss of small accent stones due to workmanship-related issues
  • Necessary refinishing directly related to covered repairs
  • Each piece must be evaluated before coverage is confirmed.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear from regular use over time
  • Damage caused by impact, bending, crushing, or improper handling
  • Loss, damage, or replacement of center or focal stones
  • Theft, loss, or accidental damage of any kind
  • Issues resulting from work performed outside The Fellowship Forge, except as noted below
  • Center stones are not covered under this warranty. Because loss, damage, or theft of a center stone can occur outside the scope of craftsmanship, we strongly recommend securing independent jewelry insurance shortly after receiving your piece.

Resizing & Outside Modifications

  • Rings may be resized by another jeweler within two full sizes of the original size without voiding this warranty.
  • Any resizing beyond this range—or any other work performed by a third party, including stone setting, prong work, welding, or structural changes—voids the warranty. Alterations outside our control can affect the integrity of the piece and cannot be guaranteed.

Service & Evaluation Process

  • If your jewelry requires attention, contact us before sending it in. Once received, we will inspect the piece and determine whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.
  • If repairs are needed that are not covered, you will be informed before any work begins.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both to and from The Fellowship Forge.

Built for Wear

Jewelry from The Fellowship Forge is designed to be worn and lived in. Over time, marks and wear are expected. This warranty exists to protect against flaws in construction—not to prevent the natural effects of use.
